Great value! not far from supermarket, 10 minutes walking to the train station

Had only 1 restaurant nearby, 18 mins walk from the new Ca Foscari Univ campus, parking is great

The staff were HELPFUL and the setting was comfortable. We got room with a shower. Great to be near forte marghera.

Very convenient for visiting Venice, bus stop in front of the hotel.

Poor breakfast. People was not very nice answering some questions. Extra bed unconfortable. Parking free, of course, is at the street without surveillance and with few parking spaces.

Location was ok and the ease to reach Venice in a public bus taken just from the front of the hotel. You are in Venice within 10 mn. only.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a pleasant location. It was an easy bus ride to Venice from here and the cost was exceptional compared to other hotels in Venice. The room was spacious and quiet. A nice hotel for the money.

I like the room is big and look good. The waitress is very kind. I like buffet breakfast also. It's very lucky that there is Pam supermarket where is near the hotel.

We have to walk bit long to train station Ve. Mestre. King side bed is 2 small beds come to close together.

The hotel located apposite to the bus station to Venice (ten minutes away), there is a super market next to it.

- On our arrival the we were put in a very low standard room (no. 101), the room is not that clean and the drainage connection was going through it, we could hear other rooms toilet flush, it could barley be like a 3 stars hotel. When we complained about the room, the responsible person spoke to me in a hostile way, after I told him that I am much resent of is way and the hotel , he agreed to change the room with a better one but still it is not a 3 stars hotel. - Rooms photos at Booked.net shows modern style hotel while in the reality the rooms are an old fashion rooms.

Really close to Venice with Bus Line 4 just in front of the Hotel. 1,5 € bus ticket and 1 bus every 10 minutes. Supermarket close to the hotel.

Very near airport and good communication with Venice by bus. Stop just in front of main door.

Breakfast too expensive. Forgot Internet for free... 150-200€ per night should deserve a free internet. Even lobby shared computers are not free. Mosquitos at the lobby, inadmisible in this kind of hotel...

The hotel is at very good location for Venice Trip. - Easy to find for both Car users and Train users, thanks to big yellow Hotel name on the top of building. - Bus to Venice main land, # 4 L (# 4 during night time) comes every 10 min.and stops at the front of the hotel. You can buy the bus/water bus ticket at the reception. - Free parking at the hotel front car park space.

Internet access is very poor. We chose the hotel for the free WiFI access in room but it was very poor. The room was on 5th floor. The access kept disconnecting most of the time. At the Ground Floor, the access was slightly stable (slightly ! ) but very SLOW. There were several people having same problems and were forced spent hours in the lobby.

Good access to transportation. Excellent staff service and very clean. Food is good and breakfast is included with the reasonable room price. Highly recommended....

So far none. I wish the exchange rate could be better from us Dollars to Euro....
